Three ways to order
Come to the stall, order and pay there, cash or card. You get a number and we cook it fresh.
Same queue as the stall, from your phone. Order and pay by card here while the stall is open, then wait wherever you like and watch your number on the board or your order page.
Order ahead, pick a 15-minute pickup slot, pay now. We time the cooking so it's ready when you arrive. Opens at midnight on market day and closes when the stall opens, for the next market that takes pre-orders.
Ordering online
When can I order online?
You can pre-order any time from midnight on the day of the market, or wait for us to open and order in real time.
How long will it take?
You see an estimated wait at checkout, and it keeps updating on your order page.
Pre-ordering
When do pre-orders open?
At midnight on the day of the market. The home page counts down to it, and a Pre-order button appears when the window opens. Pre-orders close when that stall opens; from then on you order live.
My pickup time isn't available
Each slot takes 4 pre-orders so the kitchen keeps up, and slots close 30 minutes before they start. Pick the next one, or walk up on the day.
Collecting
How do I know it's ready?
Your number comes up on the board at the stall under Ready for collection and on your order page. We email you, and text you too if you ticked the box at checkout. Come to the front and say your number. We keep ready orders for 30 minutes.
Allergies
I have an allergy
Order at the stall and tell us, every time, rather than online. Our kitchen is one small space with shared woks, so no dish is guaranteed free from any allergen. The full list is in our terms.
